For parents and guardians

More “I did it.”
In everyday life.

Turn this week’s spellings into a little moment together. Your child gets words to hear, space to try and help to keep going. You get a clearer view of what to practise next.

How it works for your family

Support that fits your family.

How do we get started?
Set up a child profile and explore the practice choices together. The app’s Parent area is where parents and guardians manage profiles, word lists and progress.
What do I need to do?
Add any words you want your child to practise and help them find their way around. Younger children may need you alongside them, especially at first.
What does it cost for the family?
Family pricing is not yet confirmed on this site. We are showing the app so you can understand how it works before deciding.
Can I support more than one child?
Yes. You can manage separate child profiles within a parent account and switch between them on the same iPhone. Choose the child before starting their practice.

The words that matter to them

  1. Open the parent list area

Create a spelling list for the words you want to work on.

  2. Add and check the words

Add words from schoolwork, reading or everyday life, then review the list. You can create your own lists without connecting to a school.

  3. Help your child begin

Return to their profile and find their lists. Choose the words together, then come back to their progress after practice.

It is okay to stop

Practice includes an option to finish. Use it when your child has had enough, and return another time. The garden gives them a familiar place to come back to.

Before you choose

The practical details.

Which devices can we use?
Use the web app in your browser, including on Chromebook. The screenshots on this page show the iPhone app; its download and pricing details are not yet confirmed here.
Which ages is it designed for?
The design is aimed at primary-school children aged 5–11, especially 5–9. Look at the practice examples to judge whether the approach suits your child; children need different amounts of support.
What does the progress tell me?
It records practice activity and spelling accuracy over time. It can start a useful conversation about words to revisit; it is not a school assessment or a promise of future attainment.
Where can I ask about support or data?
Email the team with product questions. The privacy page is currently a draft, with its review status shown clearly.
