Acceptable use
Use Spell & Grow for lawful education and home-learning purposes. Do not misuse the service, try to access data that is not yours, disrupt the platform, or upload content that is harmful or unlawful.
Accounts
Children do not create their own accounts. Parent and teacher accounts are responsible for managing child profiles, class access, and the accuracy of information they provide.
Subscriptions and billing
The free tier includes the adaptive teaching engine in full. Paid tiers may add depth, multi-child tools, cloud sync, narrative progress digests, or institutional features. Paid access never buys better teaching or faster progress.
Intellectual property
Spell & Grow, the characters, artwork, wording, software, and learning designs belong to Igloo Labs or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as the service allows.
Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep the product useful and available, but no digital service is perfect. Spell & Grow supports spelling practice and teacher judgement; it does not replace professional educational assessment.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. When changes matter, we will aim to explain them clearly and give reasonable notice.
